Refillery FAQ

Answers to common questions about our refillery. 

What containers are acceptable?

Any clean container is acceptable.  It can be your empty shampoo bottle. What you have is usually the most sustainable option.

How should I clean my containers before refilling?

Please make sure your containers are clean and dry.

How does weighing and tare work?

Place your container on the scale. Then select the TARE button. Fill your container and bring it back to the scale to weigh again. Record the weight on the dry erase sheet and bring it to the register.

How does dispensing work?

Most of our products are self serve.  However, some items like skin care, deodorant and perfume the store will dispense for you.

What products can I refill?

Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Face Soap, Bath Salts, Sugar Scrubs, Deodorant, Toothpaste tabs, Magnesium Spray, Skin Care, Perfume, Dish Washer tabs, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap liquid and solid, All Purpose Spray Cleaner, Oxy Boost, Toilet Tabs.

How is pricing determined, such as price per ounce?

Liquid products are price per ounce, some items like shower steamers, dishwasher tabs and toilet tabs are priced by the piece. 

Do you offer pickup?

We do offer pick up for refills in our new containers. Call the store to place your order 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer delivery?

We currently do not offer delivery but plan to start delivery to limited zipcodes soon.
