Bubble Top w/ Tie

This fun top was made from a men's button down Polo shirt. The ties are made from the bottom of the shirt.  It can be worn strapless with the bow tied in the front or halter style with the bow tied around the neck.  So fun for summer.  It would look great with some flowy with pants or some denim cut off shorts.  Either way, you will be the only one wearing it.
